Synopsis:

1. Guy makes weird commercial for himself as candidate for Board of Education for small town in North Carolina
2. Guy posts his own commercial to YouTube
3. VH-1’s “Web Junk 2.0″ uses his YouTube clip without any authorization
4. Guy then posts clip from VH-1 program showing them using his clip on Youtube
5. Viacom orders “takedown notice” to YouTube and sends originator of first clip an email
6. Guy draws attention to hypocrisy and gets discovered by Crapolicio.us
